Dianne Crampton founded TIGERS® Success Series. She developed and validated the TIGERS® model for Group and Leadership Development. She certifies Project Managers and Organizational Development personnel to use TIGERS® methods and strategies to build high performance teams for project execution success. Crampton provides on-line group assessment, staff micro-training and customized change consulting services for work culture refinement that transforms adequate organizations into exceptional ones in measurable ways. She lives in Bend, Oregon with her husband, Bill, earned her advanced degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga and is an organic gardener, writer and community builder in her spare time.
