If you don’t do this, you will be coming from an empty well, with nothing to give others.
You deserve to take it easy anytime, yet probably more now during the holidays when it’s more about others, not yourself.
When your work day is done, let it go and walk away.
When your playtime is done, let it go and walk away.
When it is home or family time and you are done, let it go and walk away.
Let all your stresses from multiple parts of your life go before attempting your next step.
Start each day with letting go of yesterday.
