With forgiveness you can have more confidence, more time, more creativity, less fear and more money. You will have healthier relationships, less anxiety, stress and reduced blood pressure.
All for just forgiving yourself and others.
Forgiveness is a strength, not a weakness, so if you are stuck in your personal life, on the job (whatever it may be!) start to forgive people. We all have someone in our lives that we have an issue with, so join the Club of Forgiveness
Forgiveness does not mean forgetting or excusing the individual you want to forgive. In fact, you are not supposed to forget, ever, just use this situation of forgiveness as a lesson.
Forgiveness releases the resentment inside yourself, the resentment that may be preventing you from having a successful job, more money than you can imagine and a personal life that succeeds on all levels.
You cannot live a life of resentment or revenge. Forgiveness is for you, not others.
Is it time to ‘make peace’ with those you are holding in your resentment/anger box? For your sake, let them go and heal yourself.
It starts with you as all things do. Forgive yourself for anything and everything you have been a part of that has harmed you. If someone has hurt you, forgive yourself for being a part of the story. If you feel pain, forgive your pain and yourself for bringing it on.
It will take a commitment from you, but what else are you doing but running into walls regarding your life and being frustrated all the time? Forgiveness is worth it more than you can even imagine.
Just do it. Just ask how.
