Learn to stop doing what no longer works for you; heal yourself to create your desires.
To reinvent any part of your life you need freedom. This freedom only works when you have time and space to stop. You need relief from the ordinary unpleasant task that life thrusts upon you.
You need to determine what you are doing that is no longer relevant or rewarding.
You know what I am talking about. What I am talking about is that first thought that just came into your head.
Remember, automate or delegate.
To determine what no longer works, you need time and a plan to decide what to delete from your life.
Ask yourself the following:
Do you find yourself too tired to get out of bed?
Do you find yourself drinking loads of coffee or energy drinks to get through the day?
Do you start the day unhappy and depressed?
Do you find yourself complaining all the time?
These are but a few factors that determine if you are burned out.
