Brooke Sprowl, LCSW, is the Founder, CEO and Clinical Director of ‘My LA Therapy’ where she oversees and trains a team of clinicians. With over ten years of experience providing therapy for individual, couples and families, her primary specializations include relationships, codependency, anxiety and depression.
Brooke has a Masters in Clinical Social Welfare with a specialization in Mental Health form UCLA and bachelor’s degrees in Neuroscience and Spanish from USC. Brooke is currently in the process of publishing her latest book: ‘Why You Should Date Emotionally Unavailable Men: Use Your Unhealthy Relationships to Transform Yourself and Your Love Life.
