During this pandemic, time either flies by or stands still; either way, we seem to have lost control of our own time.
Our 24-hour day was designed in part by the Egyptians, Babylonians, and Chinese. Other cultures stepped in along the way to add their two cents and here we are.
As the earth rotates 361 degrees, the true length of a day is 23 hours, 56 minutes, and 4 seconds. We lose about 4 minutes per day each day because we do not really have a 24-hour day.
We are losing time without even doing anything.
Time cannot be replaced, so far, yet what are you doing with your use of time?
Time is a resource that should not be wasted on things that do not support our health, work, life, and mind.
Prioritize everything. Stop wasting time trying to figure out who is earning more than you, or has more friends and followers than you. Step up.
Remember, your day is not 24 hours, it’s just 23 hours, 56 minutes, and 4 seconds. We are losing time every day.
Prioritize your days, weeks, months, and years. Make your lists and follow them!! You know how I love lists!!
If you do not, your old habits and patterns will reassert themselves and take over and you will not be in charge of your life.
Who if not you should be doing that?
