Greg had a tough time in life, both personally and in his work life. He was anxious to make huge changes; I advised a small step to start along with a system to follow. Greg dismissed my recommendations and did what he wanted until he discovered his blood pressure was very high, even though he was on hypertension medication. He was pushing and pushing and made himself very sick. Not only did he become ill, but he also did not complete any of the tasks he decided to add to the Plan. His way was not working. I believe that slow and steady with a few leaps along the way wins the race and we can become excited with some intermittent ‘wins’. Greg had no wins, was in pain and suffering. It was time for a change.
There is no need for you to continue to suffer. You do have the ability to move through what else is going on in your life in order to achieve the outcomes you want.
This new journey must be enjoyed. So be patient with yourself as your days unfold with a new adventure, new possibilities, all in a mindful way. In order not to forget anything, consider writing about it in a journal of your choosing.
Success is about moving forward despite any challenges you may encounter. Actions move you forward to experience accomplishment. It begins by cultivating confidence in yourself no matter what outside influences exist. Even hypertension. Patience is the key to making it.
This may help you with your patience-
