What’s your story for 2019? What did you accomplish or not accomplish this past year?
Take the time to make notes of all your experiences, starting with January 2019. Do you remember what happened then?
Write it down. All of it – the good, the bad and the ugly.
Did you have some ‘fails’? What did you learn from these ‘fails’?
You have probably had more ‘wins’ than you expected. Acknowledge them and again, what did you learn from these wins?
You may not be aware of this – we all learn more from failure than from winning.
Hard to believe, yet true.
What did you learn in February and all the succeeding months in 2019?
Writing out Your Year in Review will open your eyes to all the things you can recognize as accomplishments.
If you want, you can grade yourself. Was 2019 a 10 out of 10 for you?
If not, why not?
What can you do to make 2020 easier and better?
